Better Sitecore admin cache page (/sitecore/admin/cache.aspx)

• Small updates to the cache page to add filtering
• Minor bug fixes (thank you support) including:
• Fix for Incorrect deltas
• Fix for reported values not being specific (i.e if your cache is at 2341MB current cache pages displays 2GB)

• Put the assembly in /bin
• Replace cache.aspx in /sitecore/admin and add the js folder.
